 
Unit information: Swimming pool is open 10:00am to 10:00 pm. No lifeguard on duty. The washer and dryer units are located adjacent to the pool, so if you need to wash clothes, it's a nice place to sit while you wait. If it's Winter and it's a bit cold outside, you can move indoors to the very nice lobby area. Check out is 10:00 am on Friday. There are signs on the fridge in your unit that tell you there is additional cost if you check out a little late. There is also a $25 fee if you don't take the garbage out, and another fee if they think you left the place too messy. There are charcoal BBQ grills (not propane) around the bulkhead, and you are asked to use these. If you bring your own, you are to make sure you are at least 10 feet from any building or structure. When checking out, they ask that you place all trash in the dumpsters, return all furniture where it was when you checked in, pull drapes closed, set AC to 80 F, and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on to start the cycle. Local phone calls are free. Often there is free wireless available from surrounding area, sometimes not. The condo is furnished with a stove, oven , large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, clock radios, tvs, iron and ironing board, electric can opener. If you ask, cribs and high chairs are available. Towels are furnished along with hand soap, and kitchen soap, dishwasher soap, etc. If you get units 111,112,123 or 124, they ask that you park up to the yellow line being sure not to block the garage doors. All others, just park in the driveway, no worries Phone numbers for units: Office hours: There is a towel exchange on Tuesday. If you want your towels picked up, call the resort office on Monday before 1pm, put them in your yellow laundry bag and place by your front door, they will be picked up by 9-10 am and returned by noon-4pm.
